How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped our domestic orders can take from 5-7 business days to be received with standard shipping.
For Canadian orders, the shipping time frame for which you will receive your order is 10-15 business days after shipment. We are not responsible for any custom fees to receive your order.
For all other countries, the shipping time frame for you to receive your order is 10-30 business days depending on your location. We are not responsible for any custom fees to receive your order.

Can I cancel my order? What if I put the wrong address or something?
Please note, we try to process orders as soon as possible to ensure we stay on schedule with our delivery time frame so we are limited in cancellations. We will try our best to assist in anyway to correct any information that was entered incorrect or cancelling your order. Please reach out to us immediately for assistance with cancellation or any changes needed to be made before your order is sent to production.
We can possibly assist in rerouting orders due to incorrect addresses or assist in cancellation. Email [email protected] shall you run into issues.

How long does it take to ship products?
Orders are immediately sent to production depending on if the order was submitted before our cut off times which vary depending on the product. The normal time it takes in production to create and ship out products is 2-7 business days from when the order was submitted although we try to get it shipped out with 3-5 business days.

Why isn't my discount code applying to the Exclusive Collection?
Well, being that the collection is exclusive we do not offer discounts for these selections. Exclusive items can be seen as limited edition and the selection is subject to change every 3 months when new designs come out. The exclusive section is just a section where we sell our newest designs in a limited quantity to our customers. These exclusive items when they are no longer featured they go on the original website and can be discounted at that time.,
